Ingredients:
Full-fat Milk - 1 Litre
Saffron Milk
Cardamom Powder - 1/2 Tsp
Sugar - 1/4 Cup
Sliced Badam/almond
Sliced Pistachios
Method:
1. Boil the full fat milk and continue to stir until it reduces to half.
2. To make the saffron milk, take a little bit of the boiling milk and add saffron to it. Keep this aside.
3. Keep the flame on medium.
4. Add the saffron milk and cardamom powder.
5. Once the milk reduces, add sugar and let it boil.
6. Add sliced badam and pista and mix well.
7. Let it come to room temperature
8. Refrigerate for 2 hours and serve it chilled.
9. Basundi is ready.
