MG RX5! So for this week’s Affordable Car Review, I’m driving the 2023 MG RX5 from @mgmotors that starts at only $24,500. The new RX5 has been completely redesigned from ground up and improved so much over the previous model. I am a big fan of the design!

Interior is lovely. We have a 14.1-inch vertical touchscreen that displays Apple CarPlay on the whole thing, first time I see it in a car! You also get many camera angles with a 360-degree view for easier maneuvering. Cool gimmick: When you activate the turn signals, the side camera will turn on.
𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝗱𝗼𝗲𝘀 𝗶𝘁 𝗱𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗲?
It drives smoothly! The new DCT is much better than MG’s old gearbox; the powertrain is the same as the MG GT I filmed last year. The engine can get a bit noisy as it tends to be loud when building up revs (even at 3,500 rpm). It kinda sounds like a CVT if you want to imagine it.
