Today we're cooking a 2-3 lb butterball turkey breast. You can find these at your local grocery store in the frozen meat section. This recipe is great for small families or even just for one person for that special day of giving thanks!

Ingredients:
2-3 lb turkey breast, boneless
6 garlic cloves, roughly chopped
1/2 cup butter, semi soft
1 1/2 tsp fresh rosemary, finely chopped
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp dried thyme
2 tsp salt
Directions:
Let your turkey thaw completely before starting. Best to let it thaw in the fridge over a 1-2 day period.
To a bowl, add in the butter, rosemary, thyme, black pepper and salt. With a fork mash everything together until you have a paste.
Take your butter paste and spread it all over the turkey. This is a messy process, and the butter won't want to stick, but try as best as you can.
Roughly chop the garlic and sprinkle it on top of the buttered turkey breast. Add any extra rosemary to the bottom of the dish.
Into a preheated oven at 325 degrees for roughly 1 hour and 20 minutes or for however long the turkey packaging suggests based on the weight of the turkey.
Let your turkey rest for 45 minutes before slicing. This helps keep the turkey nice and juicy! Enjoy!
