In Ottawa, Health Minister Mark Holland holds a news conference to mark one year since the federal government launched the Canadian Dental Care Plan. He announces that more than 3 million Canadians have been approved for coverage under the program.
Holland is joined by Mona Fortier, the MP for Ottawa–Vanier, and Henry Devlin, the president and CEO of Willis College.
