It's Deer Season, but are hunting stands just for "hunting"? In this video, I show how to assemble the Tripod Hunting Stand, but also find other uses for it, such as supporting a honeybee swarm collection box.

There were so many gripes and complaints from people regarding the sparse instructions with this stand, so I decided to show how I put it together.
The Box and Listing where I purchased it states "13 foot Tripod Stand"
All of these measurements are with the adjustable legs at shortest setting and rail at lowest setting as shown in this video.
Ground to Platform: 9 feet
Ground to top of rail: 11 feet
Footprint: ladder leg to side leg 9 feet
distance between both back legs 8 feet
Maximum hunter and gear weight capacity is 300 lbs.
Can adjust to uneven ground with telescoping legs with pads that accommodate 2 foot ground spikes included.
I did not use the included padded seat and padded back.. very flimsy and cheap pads.
I paid $174.99 with free shipping.
I wish they sold a taller version as I wanted to have my honeybee swarm box up at around 13-16 feet for optimal feral bee swarm habitation.
This is at a woodland edge on my property, facing a southern clearing which I think will be scouted by swarms first.
