This Dutch Oven Banana Bread is so moist and delicious!
With raisins and dark chocolate, the smell that comes from the oven is simply amazing!

Recipe:
- 4 ripe bananas
- Half a cup/100g brown sugar
- Half a cup/100g sugar
- 2 cups/250g flour
- 2 eggs
- Half a cup/113g butter
- A handful raisins
- A handful walnuts
- 1 tablespoon vanilla syrup
- 1/3 teaspoon salt
- 1 full teaspoon baking soda
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 3,5oz/100g dark chocolate
Bake in a preheated oven 350F/175C, mine was ready in 55 minutes, but check yours after 40 minutes with an wooden stick in the middle, if it comes out clean, the cake is ready.
The Dutch oven lid stays on, the whole time, that will make the cake very moist and perfect.
Preheat the Dutch oven just a little, for about 5 minutes, to get it warm, before you pour in the cake batter.
