Ingredients list:
400g frozen spinach, thawed
175g soft cheese (aka cream cheese)
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1tsp onion powder
½tsp mild chili powder
1tsp Italian seasoning
Good pinch of salt and pepper
60g Parmesan cheese, grated
120g Mozzarella cheese, grated
2 x ready-made puff pastry sheets
1 egg yolk, beaten
2tbsp butter, melted
½tsp Italian seasoning
½tsp garlic salt
Pizza sauce, for dunking in to serve
