One of the things that I really enjoy about Valuer is the way that it's more of a communal environment.

There's a lot of learning from some of the folks that have been around for a while and a lot of teaching for some of our interns and people that are just getting started in this industry.

There's so much to learn on any given day. And I feel like a lot of the stuff that happens in here couldn't happen anywhere else if you didn't have the mix of young, inexperienced interns that are eager and eccentric and fun to work with and also some of the older folks that have experience and understanding of different platforms and technologies

It's an amazing environment to kind of mix those two in.
