so for some reason i lost the second half of my footage where i end the video, but luckily i was able to say everything i needed to say. honestly, i was not a fan of this book. i think what it is, is that with this book the beginning portion is great. leading up to the climax was done really well, i was curious to see where the book was going to go, i really wanted to know who dun it. but! once we hit that climax, it all went downhill. it was just so.. bad? i don't know. i just didn't like the ending in general, and we spent so much time in the cabin that by the time she actually got to the point that we were leading up to, i was completely over it. the ending seemed kind of forced. there just way too many things going on and it dragged out for no reason. what sucks is that it was an interesting read, don't get me wrong, but once the book got to a certain point, it just didn't seem to have the same intensity that the beginning of the book had. i basically just finished it just to finish it. if you happen to still want to read this after hearing what i have to say, definitely do so. a lot of people actually liked this book, so i felt kind of crazy for thinking the opposite, but that's what great about reading! we all get something different out of each and every book. if you've read this book already, let me know what you thought of it!
