The guidelines for using N&M Creation backing tracks:

1. Do not use my content for commercial purposes

* I consider "commercial" to include releasing music through record labels, music publishers, or aggregator/distributor services.
* You can use my content for monetization on YouTube (Google AdSense), which is not considered "commercial."

2. Do not redistribute my content as a backing track or musical material

* I consider "redistributing" to include selling my sound sources, making the sources downloadable, or making videos using my content as is.
* To reuse my content, you must add your own creativity (such as playing an instrument, singing, making a video).
* This means that the main value of the content should not come from my backing.
