Dubai, a city known your its massive megaprojects and ambitious plans. This time dubai is building a 550 meter high and 3km wide building around burj khalifa known as Downtown circle.
Dubai is already home to world's tallest building Burj Khalifa, world's first seven star hotel Burj al arab, world biggest ferris wheel and aquarium and world's largest frame.
