Joe Leslie Obeng-John, Managing Director at Cornerstone Developments, gives an overview of the company. Cornerstone specialises in premier property developments in Accra, Ghana.
"Cornerstone Developments started in 2015. I have been going back and forth from London coming into Accra, and I saw that there was an opportunity for me to do real estate in Ghana. I started my first development in 2017, which was Noble Square in East Legon, where I had four townhouses. From that we pushed onto Altitude Residence with 30 apartments, in Labone. We then did Nyla Court, which comprises of townhouses in East Legon. We are currently completing the Aura Cantonments Residence, and we have three new developments, which are being launched this year. The first one is the Ava Residence in Airport Residential, we have Nisy Place, which is also coming in East Legon, and we have another one in Labone called the Oregon, which I have not put out yet. We are involved in about seven developments currently. One of the key factors that makes us stand out is quality. In every fabric of our development, when you walk through, you can sense, feel and see the difference in quality. From the choices of our finishes, the materials we use, the architecture, everything exudes quality", says Joe Leslie Obeng-John.
