Homemade King Fish masala fry and fish fry on banana leaf recipe (Combo recipes)
Preparation time - 10 minutes
Cooking time - 15 minutes
Serves - 5
Ingredients
- slices of King Fish/ surmai or ( Any fish of your choice
- 1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp Coriander Powder
- 1/4 tsp Cumin seeds Powder
- 2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
- 1 tsp Rice Flour
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1 tsp Vinegar
- Water to make Paste
- 1 tbsp Mustard Oil
Preparation Method
- Wash the fish slices thoroughly and drain out all the excess water.
- All Salt, lemon juice to marinate and keep aside for 15-MINUTES
- In a Bowl, Add Ginger Garlic paste, Salt, Coriander Powder, Cumin seeds Powder, Red Chilli Powder, Turmeric, Rice Flour, Vinegar mix everything adding little by little water to make a thick paste. Taste the marinate and adjust salt and spices as per your taste
- Now take fish slice and coat marinate both the sides thoroughly
- Set this aside for about 15 minutes.
- Heat the pan, add oil ( any oil of your choice) and spread it
- Fry till crusty on low flame and be gentle while flipping the fish.
- Fry each side 3-4 minutes
- Garnish with Lime, Onion and Coriander leaves.
