Eid Special Beef White Pulao Written Recipe With Directions
Ingredients:
-Beef with Bone 1 ½ Kg
-Cooking Oil ¾ cup
-Salt (namak) 1 tbs or to taste
-White pepper (Safaid mirch) powder ½ tbs
-Cloves (laung) 6-7
-Green Cardamom (sabaz elaichi) 4-5
-Black pepper corns (sabut kali mirch) ½ tbs
-Cumin seeds (safaid zeera) ½ tbs
-Fennel seeds (saunf) 1 tsp
-Bay leaves (Tez paat) 3-4 small size
-Black cardamom (Badi elaichi) 3
-Coriander seeds (Sabut khushk dhania) 1 ½ tbs
-Cinnamon stick (Darchini) 2 small size
-Star anise (badyian k phool) 3
-Tomato (Tamatar) sliced 2
-Onion (piyaz) sliced 1 big size
-Yogurt (dahi) ¾ cup
-Green chillies (hari mirch) 10
-Ginger (adrak) 2 inches
-Garlic (lehsan) cloves 12
-Water as required
-Green chillies with sticks (hari mirch) 7-8
-Cumin seed (zeera) powder ½ tbs
-Red chilli flakes (adh kothi lal mirch) 1 tsp
-Rice Double steam (Chawal kachi basmati) 1 kg (soaked 30 minutes)
-Directions:
-In a blender, add 4 tbs water, green chillies, ginger, and garlic and make a paste.
-In a wok, add beef, cooking oil, salt, white pepper powder, cloves, green cardamom, black pepper corns, cumin seeds, fennel seeds, bay leaves, black cardamom, coriander seeds, cinnamon stick, star anise, tomato, onion, yogurt, paste of green chillies, ginger and garlic and 2-liter water. Mix well, cover, and cook it for 1 hour on medium-low flame until the meat is tender.
-Now add green chillies with sticks, cumin seeds powder, red chilli flakes, and 1-liter water. Cover and bring it to a boil.
-Add rice double steam, and stir the spoon smoothly. Cook it on high flame until the water dries.
-Cover it with a wet cloth and place the lid on it. Cook it on high flame for 2 minutes and then cook it on low flame for 15 minutes.
-Remove the cover and wait for 2 minutes so that the rice doesn’t break, and then dish out.
-Serve and enjoy with raita and salad.
