Ugadi Pachadi 2, is a special traditional dish reflecting all the six flavors (shadhruchulu) of the ingredients. The six flavors are the neem buds or flowers (for bitterness), Jaggery (sweetness), Raw mango (vagaru), Tamarind juice (sourness), Chillies (hotness) and Salt Ugadi Pachadi resembles the mixture of feelings in Life: Neem Buds/Flowers for Bitterness Jaggery for Sweetness Raw Mango for Vagaru

Ingredients
2 number banana
2 tbsp Jaggery
1 number mango raw
pinch neem flowers
pinch red chilli powder
3 tbsp Tamarind juice
Directions
• Take a bowl add banana pieces, neem flowers,mango cut into small pieces, jaggery, tamarind juice mix well.
• this can have like prasadam on ugadi
Ingredients
1/2 numbe r coconut dry
1/2 cup Ja ggery
1 number mango raw
1 bunch neem flowers
pinch salt
1 cup tamarind juice
Directions
• In a bowl add tamarind juice, jaggery juice dissolved in water, cut mango into small pieces, coconut also into small pieces, add these to the tamarind and jaggery juice, then neem flowers, salt, if required chillies green mashed mix well.
• this can have like juice on Ugadi day its called as ugadi pachadi
