When I’m looking for an apartment abroad, I normally like to start with a country-specific apartment search engine, a realistic budget and a general idea of my rental needs. Comfort and affordability were the main things I thought about when considering my move to Medellin! One could expect to pay anywhere from $100 a month to $1200 by simply choosing their neighborhood, number of rooms, and amenities. Luckily for me I was able to secure a room for $150 prior to arriving!
