Many people that live in the City of Liverpool, treat the public areas as their dumping ground. Liverpool City Council has failed to address the accumulation of commercial fly tipping waste and domestic waste that has festered and scattered throughout the L6 and L7 regions. L.C.C’s Liverpool Street Scene Ltd, has failed to prevent and keep all city regions clean and environmentally friendly and their response to this matter has been negligible. An attitude that has provided a substandard Government public service. Liverpool City Council are in clear breech of the Environmental Protection Act 1990, Health and Safety Act 1974, Clean Neighbourhoods, Hazardous Waste Regulations 2005, Environment Act 2005 and the Health and Safety at Work Act 2011. My videos highlights the extent of public failures by Liverpool City Council.
