A Policy Analyst, Prof. Dupe Olatunbosun has blamed the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) for the shift in polls, says “they ought to have been prepared before now”.
He stated that the commission had about 4years to prepare for the elections,”Nigeria was fortunate that the elections didn't hold at the slated time, if not Nigeria would have been embarrassed”.
Prof. Olatunbosun noted that about a million PVCs were not printed as at the initial date of the elections. (February 14 and 28)which made them not prepared for the elections.
