A Thanksgiving Cranberry Sauce:
2 lbs cranberries
1 cup water
1 tbs cinnamon
1 tsp clove
2 cups honey
🍁mix the above and cook down, stirring occasionally.
Bloom:
2 tbs gelatin in 3 cups cold orange juice. Whisk and add to cooked cranberries. Bring to a boil and simmer for a few minutes. Pour into dish and allow to set up in the fridge over night.
