1. Sabudana , sago 1 bowl
2. Boiled mashed or grated potato 2/3 bowl
3. Cumin seeds 1 / 2tsp
4. Green chillies 1 or 2
5. Rock salt
6. Coriander leaves
7. Oil / ghee
2. MAKHANA KHEER
1. Foxnuts , maknana 1 bowl
2. Chopped dry fruits 1.5 tbsp
3. Ghee 3 tsp
4. Milk 2 to 3 bowls
5. Milk powder 2 tbsp dissolver in 3 tbsp milk
6.Few strands of saffron soaked in 1 tbsp milk
3. POTATO CURRY
1. Boiled potatoes 3
2. Tomato 1 or 2
3. Green chillies 2
4. Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
5. Rock salt
6. Grated ginger 1/ 4 tsp
7. Roasted cumin powder and black pepper
8. Coriander leaves
9. Oil / ghee
4. Sago , sabudana tikki and rolls
1. Sabudana soaked for 2 hours
2. Boiled mashed potato
