It is free to play ... but if you don't buy packs, you will be very vulnerable and destroyed by many bigger players. And the game doesn't do much to help free to play players and they quit fast... that leads to dead states.It's a shame, because the game looks ok. [ edit ] I put 4 stars at the beginning, after a few months of playing, I put 2 stars, now edit to 1 star because of the audacity to reply with a generic automated message.[edit]to your reply, a strong alliance wants strong players p2p

Used to absolutely love this game but this is now only a money grab for greedy devs. As a mid level spender, I am embarrassed at how much I have spent since beginning of my state and yet I am nowhere near max stats. As soon as you spend to increase your stats, you realise you need to spend more. The customer service is so bad. Kings Group don't care, they just want your $$$. It's a scam, do yourself a favor and give it a miss. State 263

This game started out really great. It's very complex. There's so much to do. Then as you grow it becomes more and more of a money grab. You can never really get where you need to be unless you're prepared to dump thousands of dollars into it bc every time you think you are about to catch up they will introduce something new
