For Kummayam Powder :
Urad Dal - 1 cup (200 g)
Raw Rice - 1/4 cup (50 g)
Moong Dal - 1/4 cup (50 g)
For Aadi Kummayam:
Kummayam Flour - 1 cup
Jaggery - 1 cup
Water - 3 cups *
* ( 2 cups of water mixed with the flour
+
1 cup of water for the jaggery syrup )
