Well this time we have another scratch built glider and again i knew nothing about it, so asked Chris "Crash" Carpenter if he could fill us in, again thank you Crash!

The 8 Metre wingspan Stemme 10 is owned and built from scratch by John COPELAND Composite Scale Models Waikerie. This massive motor sailplane is modeled on the full size and is approximately 1.25 scale. Everything on the model is accurate with scale retracing propellers all made by John. The undercarriage also built by John and uses an electric worm drive system. The electric power plant is geared and provides and impressive amount of thrust. The wings were made by Wayne Jones in Victoria and are foam core and obeichie skinned. Nice job.
