Do you worry about fructose? That's good! Do you worry about eating too much fruit? That's not good! In this video, we will show you that eating too much whole fruit is quite difficult to do!
Isolated fructose can become dangerous pretty quickly. Think juices, sweetened beverages and sweets (and a lot of other stuff!)... There are many sources of fructose in modern diets that are not centered around whole food!
Whole fruits contain fructose, but not isolated fructose. The fructose in fruit is protected by cell walls. It is not easily accessible by our digestive enzymes! The fructose in whole fruit is realeased slowly. At the same time, they are many beneficial components in whole fruit that benefit your body!
So, how much fruit is too much? Well, luckily there is some science on that! If you are a healthy adult, you can eat a lot (a lot) of whole fruits! Watch the video for more information ;)
