Easy baked king crab & snow crab legs! | SNOW CRAB | KING CRAB| CRAB LEGS
Ingredients
2 lbs King crab legs
3-4 lbs Snow crab legs
1/2-3/4 lb Medium shrimp deveined with shell on
1/4- 1/2 lb Sausage
Olive oil baste:
1/2 cup Olive oil
1/4 tsp Ground ginger
1 tsp Cajun seasoning
1 tsp Old bay seasoning
1 tsp Dried parsley
1 -1 1/2 tbs Fresh minced garlic
Seasoned butter for dipping:
1/4 cup melted unsalted butter
1/2 tsp dried parsley
1/2- 3/4 tsp Brown sugar
1/2 tsp Old bay seasoning
1/2 tsp Cajun seasoning
1/2 tsp Garlic paste
1/2- 3/4 tsp Ginger paste
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Wash and clean all seafood and slice down sausage into bite sized pieces. Place food on baking sheet/s in a single layer. Using a brush baste the seafood being sure to leave some behind for the 2nd baste after 10 min in the oven. Cover baking sheet with foil and place in oven for 10 min. After 10 min baste everything again. Bake for an additional 10 min covered in foil. Plate and enjoy. Serve with or without butter.
