This stunning time-lapse footage captured a lightning storm swirling in dark clouds over Montpellier in France
Méteo France issued red thunderstorm warnings in the area, cautioning the possibility of damage due to the storms.
The alert level was then downgraded to orange, but not before 70mm of rain fell in one hour in the region.
