Today Tim reviews Cono Sur Bicicleta Pinot Noir. The term "bicicleta" is Spanish for "bicycle", and this is a reference to the vineyard workers that would ride their bikes around the vineyard. This is a Chilean wine with a very translucent body, which is a good indication that it is probably 100% Pinot Noir. Aromas of cherry and earthiness. Flavors of cherry, a slight sweetness like blackberries and some faint hints of chocolate. A nice, smooth finish for this Chilean Pinot Noir. Cheers!
