Physical chemistry lecture highlighting the Davisson-Germer experiment. This experiment was able to provide experimental evidence for the wave-particle duality by explicitly showing the wave-like behavior of particles. We explicitly go through the calculation of the wavelength to show that the theoretical prediction of the wavelength matches well with the experimentally determined wavelength.
