Behind me is the highest active volcano in El Salvador. It is quite unique due to its four nested concentric craters one inside the other as a result of many eruptions. In the innermost crater is beautiful turquoise lake. The eruptions from Santa Ana Volcano created many important landscapes including the reef in Los Cobanos where the lava and erupted rocks have reached.
