(10 Oct 2017) Catalan parliament speaker Carme Forcadell met with the parliamentary governing board on Tuesday, ahead of a speech by Catalan president Carles Puigdemont at the 6 p.m. (1600GMT) plenary session.
Puigdemont hasn't revealed the precise message he will deliver but separatist politicians have said they expect a declaration based on the results of the disputed October 1 independence referendum.
