It's a Do It Yourself palm oil extraction.
The juice can be used for various purposes. The South-South people of Nigeria use this to cook a very delicious soup called Banga soup which can be eaten especially with starch. While the Ibo"s of the South-East of Nigeria use it to cook Ofe Akwu which can be eaten with rice.
The palm fruit juice can be used also for other delicious recipes by the people of Nigeria.
