Houseplant propagation is one of the best parts about collecting indoor plants. Ficus tree plants are popular for houseplants & it is always nice to be able to get free plants from cuttings! Getting plant cuttings to root is really quite simple, just take the cuttings, put them in water, provide them bright indirect light, & watch the plant root systems form! I love making new houseplants from large indoor plants I already own, how about you?
In this video I demonstrate how to take Ficus Elastica cuttings, Ficus Lyrata cuttings, Ficus Audrey, & Ficus Benjamina cuttings for propagation! Large indoor plants are fun, but it is also fun to propagate indoor plants you already own to create small plants you can watch grow from the beginning!
