An Industrial grade, multi-purpose pry bar designed for a multitude of landscaping and forestry tasks.
Specifically designed for quick, chemical free, removal of invasive woody brush like honeysuckle, barberry, buckthorn, burning bush, privet, and much more. This tool is extremely beneficial in the hands of forestry and conservation groups, as well as landscapers for the removal of overgrown evergreens and shrubs.
This unique and effective prying tool is equipped with a durable, wood platform. The pivoting wood base doubles as a foot step to insert the steel tip into the ground, between roots. The platform will then act as a fulcrum providing a stable base for a powerful 8:1 leverage advantage. Built to withstand several hundred pounds of downward pressure at the end of the handle. The Brushbar will yield well over 1000 lb. of upward lift at the tip. The two piece handle design features a thick 7/8" x 7/8" solid steel pry-bar shank set at a 33 º angle. This shank extends 34" into the structural steel handle for extreme strength at the most critical stress areas. 73-1/2" overall length, including pry-bar shank, which is held in place with a heavy duty wire-lock clevis pin for tool-less removal. The heavy duty handle and thick steel brackets are powder coated while the wood platform is sealed to offer a long service life.
