11th June 2011:
After painstaking hours to get there, I had eventually arrived at Didcot Parkway station, of which is not too far to see the railway centre insight.
As I went into the place, I had a great look around at the sheds and the yards to see the engines from the society of Great Western Railway. Later I rode behind Tornado (60163, in a new livery), a steam rail motor (which at first I'd thought it was a diesel rail-car, but you get the idea.) and Firefly (Broad gauge).
And I have even met the chairman of A1 Steam Locomotive trust (Mark Allatt) and some of his associates at the Tornado Merch shop. (Which they won't be in the videos for personal reasons though)
And at the end of the day, Didcot Railway Centre was a wonderful place to go and see the heritage engines from GWR.
