Wrap Around Packer, Beer Can Case Packer, Wrap Around Carton Machine
GB series wrap around case packer includes mesh belt conveyor which arranged products neatly to 6 or 5 or 4 rows etc, (according to specific packing arrangement). Piece cartons also stacked, using machine arm theory that drop down carton one by one, and push forward cartons by roller. When carton and products reached the anchor position, machine will push products onto piece carton through left & right shaking method, and under piece carton, there’s a group of cylinder which drop down both products and carton at the same time, then carton become formed, and chain will transported it go ahead, and machine repeat these actions.
The next step is hot glue sealing, after carton sealed, conveyor will deliver them to next action for palletizer.
