Forming Self Help Groups (SHGs) and amalgamating them into larger forms like Village Organization (VO) and Cluster Level Federations (CLF) Assam State Rural Livelihoods Mission (ASRLM) mobilizes Rural Women to collectively work in exploring sustainable livelihood avenues and help themselves come out of the vicious cycle of poverty.

Through the DDU-GKY programme, ASRLM empowers Rural Youths of Assam with Skills and provide them placements in organisations across the country.
