ACT Teachers' Party-list wants guidelines established in banning books
Rep. France Castro insists to One PH's #SaTotooLang that the Anti-Terrorism Law should be repealed, saying it is being "weaponized" against free speech and expression.
The Komisyon sa Wikang Filipino cited Section 9, or inciting to commit terrorism, as the basis to stop the publishing and distribution of five books it considered to be "subversive."
Castro says they will file a resolution aiming to create guidelines whether or not certain books could be banned or to stop its publishing.
