Dry Fruits & Nuts:
Almonds (Badam) – ½ cup (soaked and peeled)
Cashews (Kaju) – ½ cup
Raisins (Kishmish) – ½ cup
Walnuts (Akhrot) – ¼ cup
Dried Coconut (Khopra) – ¼ cup (thinly sliced)
Other Ingredients:
Paneer (Cottage Cheese) – 1 cup (cut into small cubes)
Sugar – ½ to ¾ cup (adjust to taste)
Ghee (Clarified Butter) – 2-3 tablespoons
Saffron (Kesar) – a pinch (soaked in 2 tablespoons of warm milk)
Green Cardamom (Elaichi) – 4-5 pods (crushed)
Cinnamon (Dalchini) – 1 small stick
Cloves (Laung) – 3-4
Black Peppercorns (Kali Mirch) – 6-8
Dry Ginger Powder (Saunth) – ½ teaspoon
Water – 1 cup
Optional:
Rose Water – 1 teaspoon (for a fragrant touch)
