David Mellor shows us his 30m free immersion training during his freediving training with Harry Chamas in Dahab.

David spent time training in Dahab with Harry ahead of the mini competition and the Dahab championships in Dahab.

In the video David is working on Mouthfill equalisation and turning at the bottom of the line. David is wearing Hektometer goggles and a modified Octopus nose clip.
