This is a great, easy aerial hoop beginner trick that's a variation on the aerial hoop man in the moon. It's great for lyra beginners or to mix up your aerial hoop choreography if you are an intermediate aerial hoop artist or more advanced aerialist. If you're looking for a pretty simple lyra move that doesn't require much flexibility the give this one a try :)
