A Seattle man was stopped and had his rights violated by two police officers as he was walking home to his apartment building. Even though Seattle's mayor just announced that police officers could no longer stop citizens on the street and ask for IDs unless the citizen was suspected of committing a crime, they proceeded to do so anyways.
