Frederic Engerer, the artful president of Chateau Latour, invented an “Ultimate Wine Game” to explore the depths and resources of the cellar at the chateau. Twelve top wine tasters had the distinct pleasure of choosing vintages of Chateau Latour going as far back as 1863 for a dinner where the participants drank all 12 wines — blind.
