International students enrolled in a multilingual and multicultural advanced level English for Academic Purposes program talk about their sociocultural experiences in Canada. They were asked to:
1) talk about their perceptions of Canada when they first arrived;
2) what sociocultural dimensions that have learned so far;
3) a piece of advice for new international students who choose Canada to pursue their education.
This was part of a grammar assignment and students were expected to use noun clauses following "It + be + adj. + that clause" and served as a venue for ICC awareness. This video was recorded and edited by one talented student, Nahieh Toscano Miranda.
