Carsten Flohr, Professor of Dermatology at King's College London, describes the challenges he and colleagues faced in developing national guidelines for dermatology patients on immunosuppressive drugs at the start of the COVID-19 pandemic. The need for good evidence on how COVID-19 affects these patients led him to set up the SECURE-AD Registry, which gives patients the opportunity to share their own experiences and data.
