Garlic cloves - 2-3 nos (finely chopped)
Shallots - 3 nos (finely chopped)
Curry leaves
Asofoetida - 1/4 tsp
Ground tomatoes

Tamarind extract - 1/4 cup (lemon sized tamarind soaked in 1/4 cup water and extracted)
Jaggery - 1/2 tbsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Coriander leaves
Salt - as required
