Do 20 reps of each exercise. Complete a minimum of 3 rounds for time. Do it as fast as possible.

3. RODEO BOX TUCKS
4. JUMPS ONTO BOX
5. SEATED DIPS
6. LATERAL STEP UP TO CORE TWIST
7. BURPEE TO JUMP UPS
8. STRAIGHT LEGGED SWIMMER CRUNCH
