Public Mobile Review: As a long-time Telus user, here is my experience using the new Public Mobile phone plan.

I came with my own device (there was no contract on my device through Telus anymore.)

I have been using Public Mobile for about 3 months now, and have not missed a beat. My only regret about switching to Public Mobile was that I didn't do it sooner.

I am saving significantly by using public mobile. My plan at Teus was $184/mo and now I'm paying $50 a month - which includes unlimited US calling and texting, which I need for my business.

The Public Mobile coverage is EXACTLY the same as the Bell/Telus coverage because Public Mobile is just a low-cost self-serve version of Telus. And the Bell towers have the largest coverage across Canada.

The Public Mobile plans start at $15/mo (which is really $13/mo with autopay.)
This makes Public Mobile one of Canada cheapest cellphone plans available
