Welcome to our latest Annual Improvement Plan, looking back on our achievements in 2023-2024 and forward to our plans for 2025-2026 that will help us achieve our mission of keeping South Wales safe by reducing risk.

We want to hear your views on our Annual Improvement Plan and the priorities we have outlined for 2025-2026. We need to be ready to respond when you need us, to prevent fires and other emergencies and to protect the communities we serve.
