Last year I drove the Toyota GT86 ([ Ссылка ]) and in all honesty, I was a bit underwhelmed. So when Subaru offered me a chance to test the BRZ, the sister car to the GT86, I was keen to see if my view would change if I were to spend an extended period with the car.

Like the GT86, the BRZ is powered by a naturally aspirated, 2.0 litre Boxer engine that produces 197bhp and 205Nm of torque. This power is fed to the rear wheels via a 6-speed automatic gearbox.

0-62mph comes in 8.2 seconds and the top speed is 130mph, so it's not the fastest car going. The BRZ doesn't have speed on its side, so does this mean it's not a good car?
