Hello, everyone! Today I'm gonna make a traditional Chinese side dish -- chive pockets. It may looks like potstickers with a bigger size, but chive pockets don't only have a pan-fried crispy crust, but also have unique filling which contain Chinese chive, shrimps and omelet. I personally think it's a very healthy breakfast, you can serve it with or without sauce. Here are the full ingredients:
Serving: 16
All purpose flour 500 g
Boil water 300 g
Chinese chives 400 g
Dried small shrimp 1/4 cup
Egg 2
Vegetable oil 3 tbsp
Thirteen spices 2 tsp
Salt 1 tsp

植物油 3大匙
